Advertising and conversion measurement

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to measure advertising performance and successful signups. When someone signs up, Meta may receive a SHA-256 hashed email address and browser/click information associated with the signup. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking with Enhanced Conversions through Google Tag Manager; this may use a SHA-256 hashed email address to improve conversion measurement. For campaign attribution, we may store campaign and click identifiers such as UTM parameters, gclid, and fbclid with a new account so we can understand which ads and campaigns resulted in signups.
